WOODLAND SAUNA

Our traditional woodland sauna offers you a very unique experience. Very different from the commercial gym/local authority health centers.  

It is located in a secluded, private area. surrounded by trees and nature. 

Our sauna is heated using a traditional wood burning stove. It offers a great opportunity not only for those who just love sauna but also those wanting a more spiritual/ shaman experience.   

Cool down in our traditional cold plunge pool or take a cold shower. and feel  some relief to your aches and pains.

  Our sauna can accommodate parties of up to 6-8 people in the sauna. larger parties may book on the understanding that users need to take it in turn to enter the sauna. 

Private hire 

We offer two sauna experiences

1. Basic sauna - £80 MINIMUN CHARGE based on 6 bathers-3 hour duration - extended times can be arranged.

Adults only - Families with children also welcome 

Bolt ons:

 Additional bathers can be bolted on for £15 per bather. 

Massage for £30 per bather-30 minutes

2. Shaman sauna - This three hour experience includes a selection of healthy nibbles, Kombucha, Pure honey , bee bread/ pollen and herbal teas. A nice massage followed by a nice relaxing sleep where you will be tucked up in bed to the sound of tranquil music. 

This package is suitable to individuals, pairs, couples and groups no larger than  4 persons

Weekly Sauna club sessions are £ 8 per bather (set days only)
